Responsible for propagation, cultivation, and quality certification of all sapling and planting material at BHC. Manages seasonal production schedules for paddy, vegetables, fruits, and floriculture crops.

Provides on-farm technical guidance, soil health assessments, and crop planning support to registered farmers. Organises soil testing camps, training programmes, and field demonstration events.

Handles bulk orders, buyer relationships, and pricing of nursery stock and planting material. Manages trade documentation and coordinates with wholesale buyers and institutional clients across the district.

Oversees day-to-day facility operations including packaging, cold storage, and dispatch of nursery stock. Coordinates transport logistics and ensures timely delivery to buyers and partner agencies.

Plans and conducts skill development programmes, farmer workshops, and internship initiatives. Works in partnership with agricultural colleges and government bodies to promote best practices in horticulture.

Manages all administrative, HR, and finance functions of BHC. Responsible for record-keeping, payroll, procurement, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Focuses on trial cultivation of new crop varieties, post-harvest improvement techniques, and collaboration with research institutions. Maintains the experimental plot and documents agronomic findings.

Facilitates farmers in accessing state and central government subsidy schemes including drip irrigation, crop insurance, and PM-KISAN. Assists with documentation, eligibility verification, and application submission.
